Yogurt dressing with olive oil

What we need for the recipe:
  • 150-200 grams of yogurt
  • one tablespoon olive oil
  • one pinch of unrefined natural sea salt

    How we do it :
    Yogurt and olive oil are two of the primordial ingredients of traditional Greek diet.If you combine them you can have a tasty dressing for salads or a unique dip for fresh vegetables.
    • Put yogurt in a small glass bowl and leave it there for five minutes to get room temperature
    • Add the olive oil and salt into yogurt and mix them lightly
    • Serve it with whole grain bread sticks or spread it over two or three small barley rusks
    Additionally, you can make a dip with sticks of sliced cucumber, carrot or pepper. You can even serve it with four or five olives.
