Yogurt with dried fruit and breadsticks

What we need for the recipe:
  • 150-200grams of yogurt
  • a tablespoon blue berries
  • a tablespoon of grandberries
  • one or two whole wheat breadsticks

    How we do it :
    When you want to eat a light meal that in a few minutes will give you a feeling of euphoria, then the only thing left to do is to try the delicious recipe below

    • Put yogurt in a small glass bowl and leave it there for five minutes to get room temperature
    • Add the mixture of the dried fruit and if you want you can sprinkle it with two teaspoonfuls of grated nuts or combine this light meal with two wholemeal bread sticks
